Refund policy
Due to the nature of the Shea Butter, we don't accept returns. However, for defective items, contact us and we will happily offer you a replacement.
We have a 14-day exchange/replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. As such, you will need to send us a picture of the item. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
