How long does delivery take?

Local Deliveries

Local deliveries are shipped on the same day if placed before 12 pm.

Deliveries via carrier

Deliveries via carrier are shipped 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. After which, your order should arrive within 7 days.

We are not responsible for any delays during shipment by Canada Post and its affiliates such as USPS. All shipments are insured so please do get in touch with us within 14 days if the product arrives damaged.

During holiday or promotional periods (such as Boxing Week or Cyber Monday) delivery times can be impacted resulting in delayed shipments. This is due to holiday hours being in effect and significant increases in order volume. Orders placed on, or the day before, a Public Holiday can expect an additional delivery time of a few business days.

Where do we deliver to?

Currently, we only deliver within Ontario. Delivery to other provinces will be available in the future.
